Where do you practice?
In Twyla Tharp’s book, “The Creative Habit”, she talks about creating a sacred space to practice by establishing a ritual.
For those of you who are involved with my home studio, I light candles and offer a glass of water. It seems nice, but really it is my way of coming to our practice. (I get a chance to check in with you. How you respond…tells me so very much!)
